Overview

The CDeep3M-CIL-preview function merges two ongoing efforts at the National Center for Microscopy and Imaging Research (UCSD, School of Medicine), the improved sharing of large-scale biomedical imaging datasets and new technology developments to use deep learning for large-scale image analysis. By unifying these two we expect to help generate additional knowledge from valuable imaging datasets and have a long-term effect in making new technologies available to the scientific community such as democratizing access to deep learning.
